Shannon's experience in nursing leadership includes serving as the Director of Nursing for nursing homes since 2010. As well as, a Director of Nursing for Home Health and Hospice, and Administrator for Home Health and Hospice since 2012. In her most recent role, she was Director of Operations for a Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice agency. She prides herself on the positive outcomes of patients from her Home Health programs. Additionally, she is hands on with training staff, and has implemented policies and procedures to enhance clinical practices and operations.
