You are eligible to receive home health services if you meet the following conditions:
You have doctors' orders stating the need for home health services. Your doctor should certify that you need skilled services either skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis or therapy services (i.e., physical/occupational/speech therapy)Your condition restricts your mobility, and are considered "homebound", your doctor must certify your homebound status.
We can help consult with your doctor.
If you satisfy certain eligibility requirements, Medicare may pay 100% for your covered home health care cost, for as long as you’re eligible and your doctor certifies that you need it.
There is not qualifiers for Home Care. You can receive services as much as you want or often as you want.
Home Care is traditionally privately paid for, meaning it is paid by the patient or family. However, certain Medicare and/or Commercial insurances or even Long Term Care may cover a portion of the cost.
There are no age requirements to receive our services. We help all ages!
